Rodney Ward brings more than 28 years of experience and industry knowledge to the mediation arena. Rodney’s career began as a frontline adjuster handling auto and property claims, which led him to field adjusting, working with litigation teams, and managing a TPA team of adjusters across 11 eastern states.
By negotiating and settling property damage claims, Rodney worked his way through the ranks to become Director of the Claims Department.
In 2018, Rodney was ready to start a new chapter and launched Claims Appraisal & Mediation Services (CAMS). He decided to focus on alternative dispute resolution, gaining unique insights from working on both sides of disputes, including an in-depth understanding of diverse perspectives and strategies. Rodney specializes in residential and commercial property damage appraisals, negotiations, and provides mediation assistance to resolve a variety of disputes.
Rodney’s approach to mediation focuses on assessing cases with attention to detail, fostering constructive communication, and helping deliver solutions. Additionally, his experience as an umpire and appraiser in over 1,800 cases across Florida, Louisiana, and Texas has further honed his skills in conflict resolution.
